New Vision Lansing is a $316 million project from Gentilozzi Real Estate happening in Downtown Lansing and Old Town Lansing. It consists of 5 buildings, 2 in the heart of downtown, 1 near the Capitol building, and 2 in Old Town. It will add nearly 600 residential units and 600,000 square feet when complete in 2027.
Tower on Grand will be 28 stories and will be the tallest building in Lansing. It will be located at 235 S Grand Ave. 100 South Washington Square is a 10 story building constructed in 1922 and will be converted from commercial space to a mix of commercial and residential units.
