Lansing City Market

Lansing City Market, a proud charter member of the Michigan Farm Market Association, was established in 1909. After recent reconstruction, the market is now situated along majestic Grand River and open for business. La Fille

A gallery and design studio from artist Tiffany Klein.

The gallery features Klein’s own artwork, wall finishes, designer fabrics and American-made Vanguard Furniture.

Midtown Lansing is a new building having just opened in August 2014. It features 66 urban flats with studio and 1 and 2 bedrooms on 4 floors. Covered parking is available on the first floor which also includes a PNC bank. The apartments are very close to MSU and Frandor.

Avenue Flats

Located right on Michigan Avenue in the heart of the East Side neighborhood, the Avenue Flats from The Gillespie Company are brand new with an old time look.

The Outfield

The Outfield will be a 4 story mixed-use building rising above the outfield fence at Cooley Law School Stadium where the Lansing Lugnunts play. You'll have a great seat to every game and every fireworks show! The first floor will have a new year-round restaurant. This will be a unique project unlike any other.

Stadium District

Located directly across Michigan Avenue from the Lansing Lugnuts baseball stadium, the Stadium District is in the heart of the action downtown.
