Tower on Grand, which is part of the New Vision Lansing project, will be 28 stories and the tallest building in Lansing when it is completed. It is located at 235 S Grand Ave. There will be a 5th floor lounge and game room and other amenities as it connects across Grand to the old Michigan Strand Theatre. There will also be a lounge on the 28th floor.
Completion is expected in 2027.
